There are serveral possibilities:,
1. Have you reanmed odbic.exe to cde.exe? If no, then you should put C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-shl\odbic.exe\parts\index.htm instead of C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-shl\cde.exe\parts\index.htm 2. If you did rename odbic.exe to cde.exe, then keep in mind that the physical location of index.htm should be in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\parts\index.htm, not in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-shl\odbic.exe\parts\index.htm 3. If you don't have this problem in window 2000 server but only have it in win2003. Check the version of your IIS. In IIS 6.0, you will need to do the extra step to grant the permission of odbic.exe (or cde.exe). 4. If not the problem of IIS, then check to see whether your internet user account can execute the odbic.exe or not. Thanks.
