I don't know of any reason why ODBscript would interfere with CSS

Linked style sheets should be downloaded directly by the browser after receiving the page, so I don't know how ODBscript could be involved in that. (Perhaps there's something odd about the Mime type that the server is returning for the ODBscript page itself, but I don't know how that could affect things. By default, ODBscript returns a standard HTTP header of "Content-Type: text/html".)

If you can email me your script (at least the section with the doctype and CSS references) and your CSS files, I can test it on a couple of other servers.
