SESSION (NEW)

Hi, I'm trying to create a new session EVERY time a user hits a page. So I figured I'd use this :

SESSION NEW;

and it works lovely. I can see the id using $obic_sid$.

then I hit refresh and find out to my dismay, that the session ID hasn't been replaced with a new one.

can anyone help?
